Soerens, Quist, Persecuted Church

HIGH SCHOOL CHAPEL
Tuesday: Matthew Soerens, the US director for church mobilzation for World Relief, spoke. He shared about the Biblical perspective on refugees. To watch the chapel CLICK HERE

Thursday: Our very own, Dan Quist, spoke in chapel. His engaging talk encouraged and challenged students in their faith. We must be aware of the false realities/illusions of the world's messages and cling to God's message. This message gives us truth to live by. To watch the chapel CLICK HERE

MIDDLE SCHOOL CHAPEL
Wednesday: Today's chapel focused on a heavy, and yet extremely important, topic: the persecuted church. Through video, sharing, and prayer, we remembered our brothers and sisters in the faith who suffer because they follow Jesus. RENEW Celebration, Small Groups, Persecuted Church

HIGH SCHOOL CHAPEL
Tuesday: We had a special RENEW Celebration Chapel. All the trips shared along with many other RENEW classes. In total, twelve groups were represented. We heard wonderful testimonies of God's work in students' lives. We were also led in worship by Nate, Andrew, James & Mr. Lundeen. The 1 1/2 hours seemed to fly by! The video below is from the trip that I went on.
